Company Bertelli srl has been specializing during the last few years in the production of pipes, cylinders and axles having external
dimensions from Ø 10 to Ø 400 mm and length from 0 to 4.000 mm.
It is possible to produce any kind of pipe or roll with gauged thickness in order to meet any resistance, bending or weight need.
Our company can also supply heads in metallic material according to drawings and with the cooperation of qualified suppliers.
Heads are stuck on the pipe in order to supply the customer with the finished product, ready to use in the machine.
The rolls are dynamically grinded and balanced in our premises. It is possible to have the balancing certificate printed
from the balancing machine.
Our experience allowed us to select a series of carbon-alloyed coatings in order to offer a surface that can be suitable
to the application required.
We can also produce any drawing-based article, starting from metallic die, produced by suppliers cooperating with us or
we can cooperate with the customer, starting from a metallic or resin model.
We can also work in cooperation with the technical departments of our customers for brand new design of industrial pieces
to optimise the efficiency of the machines.
